In this framework, Human Resources professionals, in close cooperation with operations managers, define and implement principles and processes in line with the Group’s decentralized management organization.

In Human Resources, Imerys has organized its sustainable development strategy along four main lines:
- Training: promote training as a booster to motivate managers, to foster communication and network and to provide development opportunities for all employees. The Group seeks to ensure that divisions implement training plans and encourage operations managers to roll out new actions, particularly on safety, for the least skilled employees.
