Core business seminars
Meetings are held every year for internal experts from the same function, for instance between R&D engineers, Health, Safety & Environment managers, Human Resources managers or Purchasing managers. These meetings allow them to step outside of the boundaries of their daily work and address challenges facing their colleagues from other divisions or other continents.
Conventions gathering the Group's managers are regularly held in order to review the road map for the coming years. Each year the Executive Committee also invites Vice Presidents of divisions to days devoted to discussing implementation of the Group's strategy. Management seminars are also organized by operational Vice Presidents at business group and divisional level.
