The Position

Job Summary

Die übergeordnete Aufgabe der Rolle ist die Kontrolle von Produkten aus Produktion und Fertigbau, in Vertretung auch die Rohstoff Eingangskontrolle.

Sie sind verantwortlich für die Kontrolle ungeformter Produkte anhand von Qualitätsvorgaben, die Herstellung von Probekörpern und Bestimmung physikalischer Eigenschaften, das Einwaagen von Kleinmengen, Anmischen von Laborversätzen und der Kontrolle von Rohstoffen anhand Qualitätsvorgaben.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Produktprüfung nach festgelegten Prüfplänen

entweder aus PDM oder nach projektbezogenen Plänen

Herstellung von Prüfkörpern
Erfassung von Messergebnissen
Durchführung physikalischer Untersuchungen

(Trocknung, Laborbrand, KBF/KDF, Dichter, Längenänderung)

Freigaben
Arbeiten im 3-Schicht-System

Ihre Qualifikationen:

Sie sind gelernter Stoffprüfer
Sie können eigenständig, systematisch, konzentriert und zügig arbeiten
Sie sind flexibel,

vor allem bezogen auf das vorhandene Schichtsystem

Sie sind belastbar und verlässlich

Der bevorzugte Standort dieser Position ist Neuwied.
