The Position

Sales Manager

Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop a new market for Tile,Sanitary ware & Tableware products on India & SriLanka Perimeter.

  • Relationship Management with existing clients and Agents Particularly. 

  • Develop new customers on Ceramic Market segment - India & SriLanka

  • Communicate effectively internally and externally with the team and the customers, use the various tools available to serve this purpose, give feedback about the local competitive landscape and market perspectives.

  • Work closely in particular with the logistics and operations teams to enable a smooth flow of the business in the area.

  • To work closely with the Technical Team for New Product Development etc...

  • Any other work as assigned from time to time.

Education & Experience:

  • Engineering diploma/ degree in Ceramics & Glass / Chemical / Material Science Engineering

  • Post diploma/graduate study such as Diploma in Management OR advance Management – Not must for application but would have advantage.

  • A minimum of +8 years’ experience in an industrial B2B sales company as a Sales & Marketing, Business Development Manager. Working experience in a MNC will make you a strong candidate for the job. 

  • Experience Industry: All kinds of Minor Minerals, Ceramics (Traditional including Refractories, Kiln Furniture & Advance Ceramics, Insulation Materials). 

  • Explarence in selling minerals for Ceramic/Porcelain Tiles would make you a strong candidate for the job.
