The Position
Process EngineerJob Summary
MAIN TASKS 主要工作
Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental and quality standards for operations.
Work with regional and global teams, develop KPIs for plant performance, to ensure the plant is always running at high efficiency and reliability status.
Provide daily operational support when required for major maintenance and plant startup events, plant troubleshooting cases, and plant performance optimization action.
Identify proactively opportunities of improvement or best practice and support their implementation, also support the implementation of best practice from another region.
Provide process specifications for plant or equipment retrofit projects, as well as provide pre-commissioning and commissioning support for new plant/equipment.
Provide support to write or update operating procedures.
Able to make/understand mass and heat balance, and very sensitized to quality aspects.
Follow up the production schedule, help to deal with the poor quality of the production line and improve the quality of production.
The technical support of the stage of installation, debugging and use of engineering projects are carried out.
Coaching and training to the operation team on technical & process capabilities.
Process MoC management
Do the tasks assigned by N+1 from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS 要求
- Bachelor degree with Major in Materials, Mechanical engineering, mineral processing or chemical processing.
A minimum 8+ years’ experience in Processing and/or Operations preferably in the mineral industry.
Multinational company working experience is preferred.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Good trouble shooting skill.
Familiar with AutoCAD, Microsoft office.
Able to prepare and conduct design of experiments on equipment.
