The Position
Industrial Hub Controller (Southern Europe)Job Summary
ROLE
- Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to serve business objectives.
- Business Partner to Hub Directors and their team to support decision making process for 7 sites.
RESPONSIBILITY
Business partnering activities
- Assist Management team on any business matter, Analyze P&L and FOC, and Perform profitability analysis to identify levers of improvement, risks and opportunities
- Contribute to design efficient processes and tools to deliver timely high quality reliable reporting
Controlling Activities
- Responsible for financial budgeting and forecasting for Southern Europe
- Lead and manage the monthly/quarterly and yearly reporting
- Responsible for Hub performance analysis based on operations reporting: CAPEX/OPEX, saving projects, cross functional & purchasing
- savings - Review capital expenditure requests.
- Responsible for hedging activity (commodity / forex) in EMEA
- Coordinate with CAR the standard cost set-up and follow-up
- Analyze the Hub SG&A
- Monitor and propose performance improvement on OWC
- Coordination for HTS BA of purchasing savings with Group Purchasing organization
- Project management : Finance lead in key projects (restructuring, Capex, costs optimization, Opera) in Southern Europe, Opera
- Metalcasting France : coordination and follow up of finalization of issues on costing, stock valuation, profitability
- Contribution to M&A projects (BP, due diligence, integration)
- Follow up on internal audit points
ACCOUNTABILITY
- Assess, monitor and control risks within the area
- Deliver timely, high-quality reliable and appropriate data and analysis to support the effective monitoring of the Industrial activities
- Ensure compliance of business operations with company policies and best practices.

- Knowledge of SAP, Magnitude, Analytics, MS office / Google Suite applications and BI skills (advanced)
- Excellent communications skills.
- Fluent English skills, french beneficial
Ideal background/ experience
- A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
- A minimum of 5 -10 years of professional experience with financial/accounting experience is preferred.
- Experience working with reporting in a complex and dynamic organization and with the industrial environment.
