Supply Chain Analyst

Job Summary

For our Headquarter located in Bironico, Switzerland, we are looking for a


Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Provide analytical decision making support for the Supply Chain teams (Logistics, Purchasing, Planning, incl. Sales & Operations Planning)

  • Generate & analyze reports and relating performance (indicators) - drawing conclusions, investigating root causes and proposing corrective actions

  • Review and formalize existing processes and reports, and propose improvements

  • Proactively identify new opportunities, estimate value and assist with prioritization

  • Think strategically through departments, connecting the dots with other initiatives

  • Lead the Weekly PSI (production, sales and inventory) meetings

  • Act as key user for supply chain towards IT (processes, reporting, transactions, tools)


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration

  • Fluent in English and any other EU/Asian language

  • Solid project and time management techniques

  • IT savvy (Excel/MS and/or Google sheet skills, SAP)

  • Strong Analytical skills

  • Result oriented

  • Proactive, curious and open to work with different cultures

  • Strong sense of responsibility, independence, ownership and pride in delivering quality results, and understanding the business impacts

  • Strong Communication skills, ability to communicate with all levels 

  • Strong organizational and planning skills
