The Position

Purchasing Project Management Officer

Job Summary

Reporting directly to the High Temperature Solutions (HTS) Business Area (BA) Purchasing Director, the project officer is in charge of the formalization of HTS Purchasing objectives & track them. He/She coordinates Cross-Functional & Intra-Purchasing actions & ensures relevant & consistent implementation, driving resources & timelines throughout the organization. He/She is a gatekeeper for Purchasing process & tools, overall governance like EHS, ESG, CSR & other important KPIs.


  • Support in formalizing HTS Purchasing Budget & Quarterly reviews with clear & harmonized KPIs understandable by all stakeholders

  • Build deliverables related to HTS Purchasing Budgets & Quarterly reviews (google sheets, google sides) & sets timelines for stakeholders to ensure its timely readiness

  • Sets intra-HTS Purchasing routines to review KPIs & track progress

  • Align corporate tool & KPIs to what is expected by Global PMO Manager & Purchasing Finance

He/She coordinates HTS Cross-Functional & Cross-Purchasing actions & ensures relevant & consistent implementation, driving resources & timelines throughout the organization :

  • Identifies with HTS Purchasing, Regional Purchasing & I3 teams the areas of improvements & co-implements actions (workshops, initiatives) to deliver savings for HTS

  • Actively leads & tracks HTS Cross-Functional savings, shares best practices & aims at deploying them through the HTS organization

  • Coordinates with related stakeholders planning for these initiatives, action owners & timelines

He/She is a gatekeeper for process & tools, overall governance like EHS, ESG, CSR & other important KPIs :

  • Ensure proper communication & implementation of existing Corporate & HTS process & tools, develop and implement all the tools and reporting needed to support the purchasing activities

  • Drive initiatives related to EHS, ESG & CSR according to corporate policies & governances while ensuring it is known & implemented within HTS plants

  • Manage internally the Taxonomy/Purchasing Segmentation implementation and evolution

  • Support Supplier Management Purchasing Corporate Team in their objectives to harmonize KPIs & dashboard requirements

  • Drive any Audit corrective action plans required by HTS Purchasing & include other Purchasing stakeholders if required


  • English fluent, French and any other language is a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering or Business. Master’s in Business a plus

  • Established professional with broad business experience, strategic partnerships with business units, in a  global company

  • Used to work in a multinational environment

  • Extremely skilled in communication, rigor, autonomous, strong need of energy, leadership & convincing skills

  • Very strong analytical skills, with good knowledge of Excel, Power Point & its related equivalent in Google tools

  • Team-oriented, dynamic and adaptable
