Sie unterstützen die Finanzorganisation bei der Umsetzung sämtlicher unternehmerischer Vorgaben in den Bereichen Consolidation, Accounting, Reporting, insbesondere bei buchhalterischen Aufgabenstellungen.

Ihre wesentlichen Verantwortlichkeiten

Koordination, Durchführung und Überwachung der Monatsabschlüsse
Ermittlung von Rückstellungen und Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten
Abstimmung von Intercompany-Sachverhalten zwischen den Konzerngesellschaften
Überwachung von Konten- und Kostenstellenabstimmungen
Verantwortung für die Anlagenbuchhaltung
Abstimmung, Erstellung, Zusammenfassung und Meldung der Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen
Erstellung von Steuererklärungen und Rückvergütungen
Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses
Berechnung und Pflege der Standardkosten
Abgleich des Anlagevermögens und der physischen Bestände mit dem ERP
Aktualisierung der IST-Kosten im ERP zur Bestandsbewertung

Ihr Profil

Kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit Fortbildung zur Bilanzbuchhalterin (w/m/d) oder Bachelorabschluss mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen oder Vergleichbares
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Rechnungswesen sowie fundierte Kenntnisse der Rechnungslegungsgrundsätze nach HGB
Verständnis für industrielle Fertigungsprozesse und für die Kostenrechnung (Cost-Production-Analysis)
Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in SAP und erste Erfahrungen mit Google Workspace
Hands-on-Mentalität mit guten Kommunikations-, Planungs- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
Gute Englischkenntnisse
