The Position

Job Summary

PROJECT DESCRIPTION & DELIVERABLES:

Label each piece of equipment in the Klamath Falls Plant.
Once each piece of equipment is labeled, each PM will need to be built in HIPPO.

Each PM will have to be built. Each step of what tools are needed, time that is
needed to complete each PM. When building the PM we will reach out to the
manufacturer to see what the frequency of the PM is recommended. Once each
Pm is built in the system, we must test each PM in HIPPO to make sure that they generate on the set frequency. Another part of this project will be creating a grease path for the plant. Each piece of equipment will need to be walked and
each grease port will be mapped. Once each grease port is mapped we need to
make a map of each port. This way we can give anyone a copy of the grease map to go grease. This will make sure we do not miss any grease ports when we are greasing.

PROJECT LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

Lean to read flow diagrams, set up Pm’s in HIPPO.
Set up grease paths. Learn the recommended Pm’s for each piece of equipment.

We are looking for Bachelor's/Master's students who:

Are Pursuing a Degree in Process engineering, Mechanical engineering, electrical engineering
Have excellent oral and written communication skills
Love to solve problems in a collaborative environment
Are true leaders - school club officer, sports team captain, resident advisor, etc. or exceptional leadership of work projects
Are legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future work authorization or visa sponsorship for employment
Will pass a drug screen and background investigation
