Imerys is seeking a Communication Manager to oversee Market Communication including events, product branding & content, press relations as well as digital content.

RESPONSABILITIES
A Business Partner, develop and be accountable for the Communication strategy supporting the Plastics, Paints & Coating, Rubber & Adhesive, Caulk & Sealant Market and the Board & Paper Market.
Design and implement a comprehensive Communication strategy to promote the market awareness of the Segment’s products and applications in line with both Market VPs needs and the Group’s strategy.
Ensure Communication alignment and sharing of good practices between Corporate Communication team and the other Communication Market Business Partners.
Lead end to end event management experience (exhibitions, conferences & customer events), from the planning to post event follow up.
Identify, set up and ensure roll out and follow up of a yearly media planning.
Design and implement the digital communication strategy for each market you will manage in accordance with Group strategy.
Lead regular BA Editorial Committees to develop relevant content and implement the right communications & the right channels towards the different audiences.
Identify & network with key stakeholders to ensure proper implementation of Communication Strategy.
Team work with Market teams to produce and implement relevant and measurable communication tools to support the business.
Support Corporate Communication team with the creation and implementation of a set of standards and guidelines related to Branding & Content.
Define appropriate KPIs to measure the performance of the different communication actions and adapt if necessary.
Support Communication Director with Budget.
Work on transversal projects in an international and collaborative team within a dynamic and evolving context.
