Customer Service Back Office Assistant

Job Summary

  • MISSIONS
    • New price implementation ensuring quality and reliability of price management
    • Sample Creation
    • Administration of Customer details : creation and maintenance
    • Debit and Credit Notes Creations
    • KPI's Follow up
    • Work on improvements of processes
    • Other projects and administrative Tasks as per new Service/Business requirement
  • PROFILE
    • Education: Bachelor in Management, Data System
    • IT appetence with good knowledge of Google Suite
    • Knowledge of IT environnement such as SAP, JDE, Salesforce, RMP would be a real plus,
    • Continuous Improvement mindset well developed
    • Open-minded and enthusiastic spirit
    • Good writing and oral level in English and French
    • Ability to organize multiple tasks and priorities
    • Autonomous and self starter
