Job Context:

At Imerys, we are currently looking for multiple talents, who will be in charge of the PMO for the I-Cube (Imerys Industrial Improvement) Program, the worldwide Continuous Improvement Initiative rolled out in Imerys since June 2014.

This is an entry job for fresh graduates or profiles with up to 3 years of experience who will have the opportunity to discover the Imerys Group through this position and the I-Cube program.

Permanent role will be based in many different Imerys sites in France: Paris, Glomel, Clérac, Dunkerque, Beyrède...

We are looking for profiles open to geographical mobility and regular business trips.

Mission and main responsibilities:

Perform all the usual PMO tasks for the I–Cube Program : support the project management (resources, planning, deployment ..), design and spread information, trainings, presentations, etc. to support I-cube, using all the Imerys Group web based systems.

  • Typical PMO activities to support the I-Cube Program such as global deployment planning, resources allocation, reporting to Group Chief Industrial Officer, document sharing…

  • Design and diffusion of information regarding I-Cube to all stakeholders (General Managers, Operations Director, Plant Managers). Implementation of a communication plan to stimulate the I-Cube program.

  • Deployment of new web-based tools (project management tools for example) within the group

  • Training material development and broadcasting in collaboration with Imerys Group services (e-learning modules, videos, etc.)

  • Networks and intranet communities animation (site managers, maintenance, process…) to stimulate good practice sharing. In particular, animation of a community of around 50 Operational Excellence managers

  • Seminars organization for various population (Site Managers, OpEx Managers…)

  • Set up first benchmarking indicators between sites and divisions across the group.

Your profile:

  • Fresh graduate or with up to 3 years of experience,

  • Engineering degree, ideally with specialization in continuous improvement,

  • Fluent in both English and French (any other languages appreciated)

  • Project management skills : organized, time conscious, result oriented, etc.

  • Analytical / synthesis skills

  • Autonomous, creative, rigorous

  • Capacity to elaborate precise and crisp documents and presentations

  • Notions in Continuous Improvement and Lean Six Sigma

  • Team player, ability to work with colleagues in different parts of the World

  • Able to bring and promote change

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and strong skills in learning new IT tools.
