The PositionCommercial Excellence Senior Specialist (Europe remote / Imerys Europe Sites)
What you will do at Imerys:
Imerys Commercial Excellence Program is set up around 3 pillars: Creating Market Offerings, Delivering Solutions and Capturing Value. The Group Commercial Excellence team works towards accelerating Imerys’ organic growth and driving Pricing Discipline. In close collaboration with the 5 Business Areas, the Team defines and digitalizes the business processes, tools and training for the commercial community of sales, marketing, customer service and technical service..
Customer centricity being the cornerstone of the new Imerys mindset, the Group Commercial Excellence Team acts as the In House Consulting Group of Imerys, serving its internal customers with customized offerings, high quality and business impact.
Reporting directly to a Commercial Excellence Business Partner, in this global role, you will deliver a key impact in the digital transformation journey of the commercial function of Imerys. In order to achieve the group’s ambitions, you will :
Contribute to the Company’s effort to implement a Commercial Excellence program to boost profitable organic growth and improve cash generation,
Define, design and deploy the commercial digital strategy for the commercial function, notably around digital business model innovation and the Salesforce CRM for the sales, marketing, customer service and technical support teams (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Pardot, CPQ, E-Commerce)
Act like a proxy product owner by benchmarking on the latest technologies on the market, defining the tools in accordance with the business needs, realizing a proof of concept, defining the TO-BE business process and leading the change management effectively,
Communicate, train and help to upskill the teams, be the trusted advisor of the commercial teams,
Deliver commercial excellence programs with the Business Areas around e;g; Go-To-Market Model, Pricing, Key account management, Commercial Incentives Plan, Marketing of Innovation, Branding.
Master’s degree in Business,
2-5 years of experience as Proxy or Product Owner for Salesforce CRM and its different clouds, commercial digital transformation, e-commerce with a mandatory experience as a consultant in a leading digital transformation company, as a freelance or start-up,
Good knowledge of Salesforce CRM,
Experience in working in multi-disciplinary programs and teams, from start to implementation and delivering results through Agile or SAFe,
Digital savviness for new business model and digitalisation,
Strong interpersonal and communication skills including a high standard of written and spoken English, French or other languages is a plus
Excellent skills in PowerPoint or Google slide presentation and data analytics with MS Office (Excel) or Google sheets and ERP/Business Intelligence systems
Experience in implementation of tools & processes in alignment with the selected businesses and tailoring if needed,
Change management and drive continuous improvement experience,
Transversal Team Management, Project Management around commercial topics,
Demonstrate exemplary capability and/or design “best practice” methodology and processes.
Solid interpersonal and influencing ability,
