Calderys/HTS is a member of the Imerys Group


  • Drive and Coordinate HR initiatives for Industrial EMEA and Business areas functions ( Business Development, Communication,  and Science & Technology) teams in the framework of HTS Business strategy, Group policies and legal frame. 

  • Responsible for performance, talent management and onboarding of senior staff.

  • Manage recruitment, training and development, compensation, benefits, and workforce planning for his/her scope.

  • Work with line managers to identify human resources challenges and provide counsel and support in finding solutions.

  • Responsible for management of specific HR projects for his/her scope

  • Scope: 607 Employees (168 wc / 439 pp status) , 16 countries, 15 plants.


  • Prepare with the management line, the annual workforce planning in order to serve the HTS Business strategy and define the sourcing strategy

  • Formalise recruitment needs with Managers for White collar population through detailed job description 

  • Contribute to design and implement the recruiting strategy in partnership with the Country HR organisation

  • Conduct interviews for short listed candidates and liaise with HR country organisation to finalise the recruitment and anticipate onboarding (compensation / contract/ onboarding plan)

Group HR processes and initiatives 

  • Performance and Compensation reviews 

As per Group timeframe and processes, manage performance cycle and compensation review: informing and supporting employees and managers, define with the management the best compensation strategy to implement, and implementing required action plans 

  • Organisation and People Review 

Based on the business strategy and environment, identify with the management the supply and demand for roles and talents, both current and future,t, and then determine the optimal solution to close identified gaps:

  • Identify the potential of employees,

  • Identify hi-po, key talents and critical cases,

  • Prepare and anticipate future mobilities,

  • Identify risks areas with no successors internally, 

  • Identify action plans to develop our key talents

  • Coordinate Group HR initiatives: internal survey, key programs (D&I,..), career paths,...

  • Budget: Prepare with the management line, the annual workforce planning in order to serve the HTS Business strategy for the  budget and quarterly forecastt processes 

Social relations

When required, provide support to the  HR country organisation for social relations as per legal timeframe

  • Support to presentation drafting: strategic orientations, Group initiates,...

  • Attend meetings and present what is at stake for each programs 

HR support

Provide HR support for all business initiatives and needs such as:Merger & Acquisition operations, ,Group HR initiatives, coaching/support to Managers for the daily business: employees evolutions, career path, Individual Development plan, conflict management,... 



Master's degree in a field related to Human Resources Management, organisational studies, or business management.


8+ years of experience in similar industrial international environment

Familiar with Google Suite (Google Slides, Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc...) is a plus
