Application & Sales Engineer, Foundry Industry

Job Summary

职责描述:

- Commercial plan building, execution & monitoring 业务计划的制定、执行和监控
Participate to the building of the annual sales plan/ budget forecast and mid-term plan for your perimeter 参与制订年度销售计划、预算、预测和中期计划。
- Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly 执行销售预测并制定相应的目标。
Execute the commercial roadmaps developed for your segment or products or geography 执行负责区域、产品的业务发展路线图。
- Analyses sales trends/preparation of reports for management/advise on the business 分析销售趋势,为管理层准备报告,提供业务建议。
- Coordinate effectiveness of sales and development strategies including ensuring appropriate analysis and action plans are in place 协调销售策略和发展策略的有效性,包括适当的分析和相应的行动计划。
- Review and analyze performances against programs, quote and plan to determine effectiveness 总结、分析项目的执行情况,报价和计划的有效性。
- Ensure business is servicing existing customer base at (or surpassing) expectations and developing new growth opportunities in each circuit and market segment. 确保业务符合(或超越)现有客户的预期,并开发新的增长机会。
- Develop plans and strategies for developing new commercial opportunities and achieving the sales goals with strong ability to build both internal and external relationships 为开发新的机会和实现销售目标制定计划和策略,并具有建立内部和外部关系的能力。
- Account management at medium account ; if relevant supports Key account manager or Sales directors for some large accounts, including but not limited to : negotiating short term and long term contract, Identify growth/ profitability improvement opportunities (using CRM opportunity management functionality) and advance the relationships with customers in order to fully capture them 中级客户管理;为大客户经理或销售总监提供相关支持,包括但不限于:谈判短期和长期合同,识别增长/盈利点(使用CRM管理工具),并推进与客户的关系,促进合作。
- Apply the pricing policy vis a vis the assigned accounts 执行价格策略
Establish and nurture relationship with assigned customers (management, purchasing, R&D) 与指定客户(管理、采购、研发)建立和培养关系
- Identify sales development targets, elaborate and implement appropriate development strategy 识别销售发展目标,制定并实施相应的发展策略
- Ensure forecast accuracy and jointly manage customer relationship with Customer Service Team 确保预测的准确性,并与客服团队共同管理客户关系
- Visit customers' sites, provide technical guidance and service on site, and give the feedback of products and application to technical department installation, and work closely with the technical department to solve customers' technical problems 深入客户现场,给予现场技术指导、服务,及时回馈给公司耐火材料安装及使用情况,和技术部门紧密联系和沟通,解决客户存在的技术问题。

任职要求:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Foundry, Engineering or Martial related field or equivalent experience 铸造、工程或材料相关专业学士学位或同等工作经验
- Minimum 2 years experienced as a sales person 2年以上销售工作经验
- Proven track record sales & account Management 有良好的销售和客户管理记录
- Foundry market knowledge is a plus 具有铸造市场知识者优先
- Material Industry technical background is required 材料行业技术背景
- Business acumen and Technical appetite 商业敏锐性和技术需求
Strong interpersonal and communication (including negotiation) skills; value-added solution selling 良好的人际沟通(包括谈判)能力;解决方案销售更佳
- Ability to positively influence others w/o direct reporting lines 积极影响他人
- Advanced problem solving skills 高级问题解决能力
