The Position

Jr Collaboration Engineer

Job Summary

[ Purpose & General Characteristics ]
Manage incidents that are escalated by the helpdesk & proximity support team
Take part in continuous improvement of the quality of service in his/her scope

[ Representative Activities ]
Train the level 1 support team and ensure continuous knowledge transfer to level 1
Handle support level 2 tickets and perform incident management
Can escalate to level 3 support when needed
Consolidate incident knowledge on his domain
Identify and analyze recurrent incidents
Ensure that long-term solutions are set up in order to reduce the incidents occurrence
Contribute to the organization and the set up of the transition from project phase to the run phase

For the manager role guarantee the Help Desk’s quality of service to end users and participate to the continuous improvement of the support
