The Position

Bilanzbuchhalter (w/m/d) - 25 hours per week - Hybrid position (on-site and remote)

Job Summary

Ihre wesentlichen Verantwortlichkeiten 

• Sie unterstützen die Finanzorganisation bei der Umsetzung sämtlicher unternehmerischer Vorgaben in den Bereichen Consolidation, Accounting, Reporting, insbesondere bei buchhalterischen Aufgabenstellungen. 

• Koordination, Durchführung und Überwachung der Monatsabschlüsse 

• Ermittlung von Rückstellungen und Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten 

• Abstimmung von Intercompany-Sachverhalten zwischen den Konzerngesellschaften 

• Überwachung von Konten- und Kostenstellenabstimmungen 

• Verantwortung für die Anlagenbuchhaltung 

• Abstimmung, Erstellung, Zusammenfassung und Meldung der Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen 

• Erstellung von Steuererklärungen und Rückvergütungen 

• Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses 

• Berechnung und Pflege der Standardkosten 

• Abgleich des Anlagevermögens und der physischen Bestände mit ERP 

• Aktualisierung der IST-Kosten in ERP zur Bestandsbewertung 

Ihr Profil 

• Kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit Fortbildung zur Bilanzbuchhalterin (w/m/d) oder Bachelorabschluss mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen oder Vergleichbares 

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Rechnungswesen sowie fundierte Kenntnisse der Rechnungslegungsgrundsätze nach HGB 

• Verständnis für industrielle Fertigungsprozesse und für die Kostenrechnung (Cost-Production-Analysis) Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in SAP und erste Erfahrungen mit Google Workspace 

• Hands-on-Mentalität mit guten Kommunikations-, Planungs- und Organisationsfähigkeiten 

• Gute Englischkenntnisse
