The Position
HR Controlling ApprenticeJob Summary
Start Date : October 2022
Duration: 1 year
Reporting directly to the Group HR Controlling Manager who is part of the HRIS team, your missions are the following:
Administration of Enablon HR:
you will manage the monthly campaigns and update the platform
you will animate users network to improve the knowledge of the platform and the data quality thanks to newsletter, training modules…
Collaboration to HR dashboards production:
you will participate in the preparation of the monthly HR dashboards that are currently provided in Excel
you will provide reports requested by labour unions and work councils
Profile:
Preparing a Master Degree in HR, Finance, IT or Statistics, you are curious, attracted by data analysis, administration tools and Google sheets / Excel usage and willing to work in an international environment.
Your English level is at least B1 as you will receive and write emails or prepare newsletters / presentations in English.
