The Position

HR Controlling Apprentice

Job Summary

Start Date : October 2022

Duration: 1 year

Reporting directly to the Group HR Controlling Manager who is part of the HRIS team, your missions are the following:

Administration of Enablon HR:

  • you will manage the monthly campaigns and update the platform

  • you will animate users network to improve the knowledge of the platform and the data quality thanks to newsletter, training modules…

Collaboration to HR dashboards production:

  • you will participate in the preparation of the monthly HR dashboards that are currently provided in Excel

  • you will provide reports requested by labour unions and work councils

Profile:

Preparing a Master Degree in HR, Finance, IT or Statistics, you are curious, attracted by data analysis, administration tools and Google sheets /  Excel usage and willing to work in an international environment.

Your English level is at least B1 as you will receive and write emails or prepare newsletters / presentations in English.
