The Position

Customer Service Administrator

Job Summary

Customer Service Administrator

Par Moor Centre, Par, Cornwall

Salary range up to £22,000 gross per annum.

Role overview:

The Customer Service Administrator is one of the primary points of contact between our business and our customers, from customers' orders placing, finding information, providing advices, returning order confirmation or helping answering to complaints

We are looking at reinforcing the team to support Logistic and Customer services team with main tasks being: 

  • Receive, process and acknowledge orders into internal ERP and confirm ETD and ETA and keep customers/agents notified of the status of the order at all times. 

  • Creation of pro-forma invoices. 

  • Create Sales quotations in ERP system 

  • Maintain internal ERP to an up to date standard with regards to pricing/customer details/delivery terms/payment terms and sales representative contacts. 

  • Communication is mostly by email and usage of ERP software

Reports To: Supply Chain Manager

Direct reports: None

Qualifications & Experience

  • Prior experience in Customers services and Documentation is recommended

  • Good communication skills

  • Knowledge in ERP (IFS, SAP) is advantageous

  • Foreign languages are also advantageous.
