The Position
Branding Communication ManagerJob Summary
JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE
The High Temperature Solutions/Calderys business area is seeking a Branding Communication Manager. He/She will be responsible for building a coherent articulation and implementation of the brand strategy and new positioning applicable to all levels of the business and to all stakeholders (internal and external, including customers).
He/She will report to the Communications Director of the High Temperature Solutions/Calderys Business Area.
JOB SCOPE/DIMENSIONS

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute an accurate and comprehensive internal, external and marketing communications plans for the launch of the new brand (preparation of Day 1 and after)
In coordination with the project team and the agency, oversee the creation and design of all brand deliverables (brand guidelines, tools, corporate movie, new website, signage, product packaging, etc) ensuring high quality and respecting deadlines
Coordinate all parties, ensuring everyone has the right level of information and that key people are involved at the right time
Implement the new brand architecture with a relevant roadmap and accompany the change
For rebranded sites, develop and execute specific change plans, in liaison with relevant stakeholders
Implement the new brand narrative making sure it is weaved into all our communications
Implement the new tools to relevant audiences, involving when relevant the communication network, the marketing or sales teams, the group communication team, etc.
Involve and engage relevant internal stakeholders and explain how they can contribute
Revamp Calderys website, involving relevant stakeholders, and follow up migration of some satellite websites to calderys.com
Make sure the changes are also mirrored on Imerys website
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor or Master’s degree with a specialization in communication, digital communication, branding or marketing.
Experience: 3-5 years in a communications agency or international company with a focus on communication and branding and the ability to evolve in an international environment managing multiple stakeholders within the organization
Language: Perfectly fluent in French and English (native English or French)
