The PositionSAP SD Expert
The purpose of the SAP SD Expert is to:
Focus is on process and workflow design, the realization of SAP solutions and the end user support in the area of SAP SD and its environment, such as cost calculation, transport management, material management and interfaces. In addition, knowledge of sub consequent modules, such as Controlling, Finance, Production and Logistics.
Active participate in the S/4HANA deployment including UAT, trainings and roll out when required
Support and steer different kind of projects within the SAP environment
Reports To: Business Area Projects and Architecture Manager

Responsibilities and Duties
Ensure O2C (mainly SD module) support for existing SAP S/4 Hana (Level 3) and ECC6.0 platforms (Level 2 and 3)
Interact and work close with the business to elaborate solutions on existing issues
Interact with Opera roll out teams to ensure the integration with the SAP S4/Hana core model
Escalate in case of conflicts regarding several activities inside daily business and projects
Participate in Application DRP for the application portfolio she/he is in charge of, in conjunction with the respective business stakeholders and IT teams.
Hierarchically attached to the Opera Business Support Manager, dotted-line to O2C Business Solutions Manager
Daily interactions with all teams of Opera Services
Regular interactions with others IT Departments, including all Service departments (infrastructure, security, other specific applications)
Address Group level IT representatives when necessary
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering
Minimum 5 years of professional hands-on experience with application management in SD
Extensive experience implementing, migrating, managing, SAP ECC6.0 and ideally S/4 HANA SD module
Functional knowledge of SD integration with MM, FI and CO modules
Strong business knowledge in Industrial environment
Analytical and holistic thinking - for transforming customer/user requirements into efficient solutions (considering Imerys SOD)
Affinity for new challenges and thus the willingness to become familiar with new technologies and issues
Have a good knowledge and understanding of application architecture
Dedicated, independent and responsible way of working - to achieve the set goals
Fluent in English
