The Position
Calderys - Assistant Manager, HR OperationsJob Summary
Job Responsibilities:
Leave & Attendance Management:
Prepare monthly attendance records for all employees of corporate office and send them to HR operations lead for calculation of payroll
Prepare statistics report on leave taking based on company regulation
Maintain Sick leaves, Privilege Leaves, Casual Leaves, absenteeism etc.
Data collection for Return/ Challans
Checking of Payment Register and Bonus
Prepare muster roll and P.F related activities for all employees including contract labour
Contract Labour Management
Coordination with the Finance team
Coordination with the Security department for Contract labour
Prepare Gratuity, F&F , Additional Gratuity,bonus,PF etc.
Records Keeping (i.e. all types leaves, Payroll, bonus,P.F. Gratuity etc.)
Safety Compliances & SOFI reporting
Sustenance & up gradation of departmental 5'S and implementing safety standards
Data Recording & monitoring as per process requirement
Payroll & Benefits Administration
Provide inputs for Payroll administration of all permanent and contractual employees
Challan and returns of PF
Handle formalities of all kind of insurance(s) for the employees
Help to promote the company benefit scheme
Resolve employee grievances pertaining to Medical & other insurance(s)
Maintaining track of Employees coverage in EB policies
Addition/Deletion of beneficiaries in the relevant EB Policies
Coordination with Insurance Brokers/ TPAs for ensuring smooth process management
Vendor Management
Ensure seamless transactions take place between the organization & vendor
Resolve vendor queries
Monitoring vendor performance & reporting issues if any
Education & Experience:
Essential/Mandatory:
MBA/PGD in Human Resources; MHRM, MLS
4-5 years’ experience as a Generalist HR with emphasis on HR Operations
Preferred:
Experience in the related field (Preferably in Manufacturing sector)
