The Position
Chief Accountant IMB/IBSAJob Summary
Supervise month-end closing activities
Check accuracy of deliverables within his/her scope within allocated time
Validate provisions and accruals
Responsible for statutory filings
Supervise tax filing and tax returns
Monitor Regulatory changes of accounting and taxes
Responsible for local annual audit
Ensure management procedures are put into practice
Identify problem areas in the processes and work with team to generate solutions
Drive and supervise the implementation of new solutions
Participate in finance transformation projects at entity level when applicable (SSC, Opera, FIM, Mergers)
Matricial management with indirect report team
Accountable for respective hub financial deliverables
