The Position
CRM & Data AdministratorJob Summary
The CRM & Data Administrator will have the responsibility of the day-to-day administration of our Salesforce.com CRM platform and contribute supporting data and data quality enhancement by implementing control measures and advising on best practices to reduce/resolve data anomalies between the various data sources.
Responsibilities:
This role will be responsible for effective data quality analysis, operation & validation, develop partnerships with numerous business stakeholders, and drive/evolve education related to data governance rules and best practices.
System Administration
Administrate Imerys CRM platform in terms of user licenses attribution, stakeholders impact on processes, and basic configuration including layout, field creation and workflows.
Act as a coordinator for all requests related to the daily administration of the CRM platform.
Information Structure & Process
Develop rules and processes to control the integrity (accuracy, thoroughness, process compliance) of all data provided by Imerys entities and systems.
Recommend process improvements & suggest alternatives for continuous enhancement of existing workflow.
Document data dictionaries and business requirements for key workflows and process points.
Data Control
Evaluate data and resolve data quality issues by analyzing gaps in process and source files. Help identify and develop insight to reduce data quality issues.
Analyze daily health of the data reporting operations. Identify and develop insight to reduce data quality issues and process gaps.
Communication
Inform, support and guide internal and external stakeholders regarding tool and data best practices, data availability, caveats and tool limitations using the various communication platforms available.
Support internal teams by providing ongoing & ad-hoc data concierge services and conducting effective research via web / subscribed research sites and present timely information as required.
Qualifications:
A bachelor or Master degree in Economics, Information Technology, Business Intelligence or a related business discipline.
A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position, as CRM Administrator preferably salesforce.
History of working in an international & multicultural environment.
Prior experience using a CRM tool is required, preferably Salesforce.
Must have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, an investigative mentality, organizational and logic skills.
Experience with managing, monitoring and scoring data quality in a transactional environment.
Proven capability to gather, manage and synthesize large amounts of information efficiently, effectively and creatively with maniacal attention to detail.
Fluent in English.
