The Position

Job Summary

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
1. รับแผนงาน(Action Plan)แผนการผลิตประจำปี (Production Annual Plan) และแผนด้านอาชีวอนามัยและความ
ปลอดภัยของฝ่ายปฎิบัติการเหมืองระนองนำมาปฎิบัติควบคุมและดูแลการแต่งแร่ดินขาวให้ได้ปริมาณ คุณภาพตามกำหนดและมีความปลอดภัย
2. ควบคุมดูแลการปฎิบัติงานของแผนกแต่งแร่
3. ควบคุมดูแลการปฎิบัติงานของผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา
4. ประสานกับผู้รับเหมาป้อนดินและหน่วยงานภายในที่เกี่ยวข้อง
5. สรุปผลการดำเนินงาน ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นพร้อมจัดทำข้อเสนอแนะในการปรับปรุงแก่ผู้บังคับบัญชา
6. สนันสนุนและควบคุมดูแลผู้ใด้บังคับบัญชาให้ปฎิบัติตามกฎระเบียบ ข้อบังคับ และนโยบายของบริษัท ในเรื่องคุณภาพและความปลอดภัย

คุณสมบัติ
1. ปวส.เหมืองแร่,ช่างกลโรงงาน, ไฟฟ้ากำลัง หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2. ประสบการณ์ทำงานในตำแหน่งหรืองานที่เกี่ยวข้องมาแล้วเป็นเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ปี
3. มีประสบการณ์ในการควบคุมงานที่มีผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาไม่น้อยกว่า 10คน
4. มีลักษณะในการเป็นผู้นำ มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการเป็นหัวหน้างานอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
5. มีทักษะในการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษ
