Salary £25,000 per annum

36 hours a week: Monday – Friday

Your responsibilities

Based at our site in Lostock and reporting to our EH&S Co-ordinator, your time will be spent providing efficient and effective IT and administration support for the Site, Management Team and the Site Manager.

You’ll be managing the administration of the site ISO registrations, facilitating and co-ordinating the resolution of on-site IT hardware and software issues (liaising with the relevant support functions). The role also requires you to manage and purchase office equipment, work wear and PPE while undertaking general office administration tasks.

Alongside your team colleagues you’ll be working with a variety of departments at all different levels across the office, our site employees and customers/suppliers, so there will be times when you are working outside of the office to deal with the goods receipting of deliveries. 

Your skills

We’re looking for your attention to detail, proficiency in Google software packages and inhouse systems (full training will be provided), any previous experience using SAP would be ideal but not essential, in addition an ability to manage your workload and confident communication skills are key.
