The Position
System AdministratorJob Summary
Job Summary
Based at our manufacturing plant in Gleason, TN, you will work with the team and assist with the Implementation efforts and daily administration of the ERP system for multiple sites within the US Clays Hub. Implementation efforts would include but not be limited to: data collection, data entry, data correction related to multiple functions involved with Operations.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Support SAP implementation efforts.
Provide ERP administrative support for multiple sites
Responsible for maintaining the quality of systems data.
Skills and Attributes Requirements
Excellent Communication Skills - Verbal and Written.
A self starter able to work with Cross Functional Teams.
Proficient with Google Sheets - previous experience with IT applications or with the usage or ERP-like systems will be a plus
Ability to Multitask in a fast paced environment.
Capable of handling information from multiple different areas involved in the manufacturing activity.
Able to establish priorities and meet deadlines.
Education/Experience Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent - College degree will be a plus
Minimum 2 years experience in purchasing, shipping/receiving, procurement, or supply chain type roles.
Ideal candidates will have prior experience with SAP.
Required Activities
Must be able to climb stairways as necessary to visit all areas in the plant at multiple sites. Must be able to work in a non climate controlled environment as needed. Required to wear all appropriate PPE as required. Must be able to travel to multiple Operation sites in the area for meetings and training as needed (driving distance, no overnight stay required).
