The Position
Talent Acquisition Director France & BeneluxJob Summary
Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Director is in charge of managing the recruitment of managers, experts, professionals and interns for the regions of France and Benelux, selecting the right recruitment channel and delivering with cost and time efficiency. Also, the incumbent is managing and overseeing talent acquisition and recruitment processes across the Group.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Reporting to the HR Vice President for France & Benelux, the Talent Acquisition Director:
Is responsible to deliver the planned and ad-hoc recruitment needs of the business for managers/experts/professionals including interns, apprentices and VIE (400+ on average per year), in close collaboration with the HR Business Partners
Manages a team of recruiters ensuring a good performance,
Decides on the best search strategy for each new opening by prioritizing in-house recruitment team and RPO
Supports and follow-ups recruiting activity (KPIs, dashboards) to deliver optimum performance and continuous improvement
Manages the corporate headhunting framework agreements with executive firms, as well as the RPO Service Level Agreements , striving for the best level of service, in collaboration with the Group’s purchasing team
Manages Employer Branding on a Regional level, by activating University Relations, Employee referral programs and other means,
Facilitates internal mobility calls on a European level to foster internal moves
Manages the Region’s recruitment budget as well as the internal invoicing procedures,
Leads a team of recruiters
The Talent Acquisition Director is also partially managing Imerys Global group talent acquisition activity, in the areas of:
the global LinkedIn account management
the global recruitment KPIs monitoring
the global onboarding program
the Employer Branding for recruitment
Qualifications & Experience:
Business Administration / HR studies
Excellent level of French & English (working language)
at least 10 years experience in HR role in talent acquisition + HR Generalist roles and half of it with an multi-country role
Experience with HRIS, LinkedIn, Digital platforms
