Championing the benefits of being a diverse and inclusive company, as our HR Coordinator, your focus will be on proactively driving the delivery of Imerys’ diversity and inclusion, employee wellbeing and occupational health programmes for our 1200 employees across the UK.

About the role


There’s lots of variety and opportunity for you to be proactive and take the initiative to lead and drive Imerys’ D&I, Wellbeing and Occupational Health related activities. You’ll be researching and promoting diversity initiatives, providing advice and support, delivering presentations and workshops, coaching and upskilling managers and employees on the value of diversity whilst creating positive action interventions to support under‐represented groups.


As the lead on Wellbeing, you’ll be promoting health campaigns, identifying and implementing services and encouraging colleagues to participate in Imerys’ Wellbeing initiatives as well as managing the OH provision and service across the UK.


About you


Proven experience in a similar role, where you can evidence your D&I, Wellbeing and Occupational Health activity is essential.


You’ll be CIPD qualified at a minimum level 3, have the confidence to work autonomously, be highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities and activities.


In addition, you’ll be computer literate with experience of using HR ERP systems and communication applications.


There may also be a requirement for you to travel within the UK for business purposes.
