The Position
Digital Document SpecialistJob Summary
Job Responsibilities:
Work with enterprise-wide EDMS and related procedures, that allow Imerys to capture, store, retrieve, share, and destroy electronic records and documents.
Work closely with Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and other Imerys architects to comprehend and facilitate the business analysis and architecture design of EDMS solutions for a variety of business areas.
Develop or configure EDMS features, such as user interfaces, access profiles, libraries, document types, metadata structures, document workflow procedures, forms, data migration etc.
Administer the EDMS: System configuration, user management, access control management, user support
Work together with IT teams to troubleshoot issues and expedite solutions
Identify, share and apply best practices with a continuous improvement mindset
Develop technical documentation and presentations
Transfer know-how to users
Be responsible for system auditing, gap and non-conformance identification
Provide internal and external customer service
Education & Skills Required:
Essential:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering
Fluent or native English speaker
Proven experience in Document Management Systems administration/ environment preferable for large sized corporations.
Taxonomy and classification skills
Cloud hands-on proven experience
Strong problem solving skills
Capacity to analyze functional and technical needs.
Coding Experience using SQL programming language
Experience in application programming interface with RESTful API
MS C# development skills
Experience across all phases of project development from Proof of Concept (PoC) to production
Desirable
Experience with Google Workspace
Familiar with SAP S4/HANA
Salesforce knowledge
Experience in any of the following will be considered a plus: Box, M-Files,
Training/ Facilitation skills
Experience in Change Management.
Technology evangelism/advocacy experience
Appetite for new technologies and willingness to learn new concepts.
Knowledge of ITIL practices
Experience of working within a culturally diverse global com
