The Position

Jobübersicht
Die Finanzorganisation betreut mehrere Standorte und Rechtsgesellschaften innerhalb der Unternehmensgruppe Imerys in Deutschland.
Ihre Aufgaben sind Consolidation, Accounting, Reporting und Sie arbeiten mit Controlling und dem Shared Services Center in Griechenland (zuständig für die administrative Durchführung der Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung) zusammen.
Die Option “Remote Work” ist an bis zu zwei Tagen in der Woche möglich.
Ihre Schlüsselaufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
Koordination und Durchführung von Monatsabschlüssen sowie Unterstützung von Quartal- und Jahresabschlüssen
Ermittlung von Rückstellungen und Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten
Abstimmung von Intercompany-Sachverhalten zwischen den Konzerngesellschaften sowie Überwachung von Kontenabstimmungen
Verantwortung für die Anlagenbuchhaltung
Erstellung der Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen sowie von zusammenfassenden und statischen Meldungen
Mitarbeit bei Steuererklärungen und Rückvergütungen sowie bei steuerrechtlichen Fragestellungen
Aufgaben für das interne Kontrollsystem
Ihr Profil
Zertifizierter IHK Bilanzbuchhalter (w/m/d) bzw. Bachelorabschluss mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen oder Rechnungswesen
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der eigenständigen Durchführung von Monats-, Quartal- und Jahresabschlüssen
Anwenderkenntnisse in SAP CO und FI sowie Google Workspace sind sehr willkommen
Analytische Fähigkeiten sowie gute Kommunikations-, Planungs- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
Gute Englischkenntnisse sind aufgrund der internationalen Berichterstattung wünschenswert
