The Position

Job Summary

Project Description:

Be part of the BA Global ICube Team (BA GTI), globally implementing the Level 4
implementation methodology as part of the Path Forward of the ICube journey
● Facilitate the implementation of practices and digital/non digital based working
tools to improve capabilities of managers and employees at designated site
● Collaborate and work closely with all site organizational levels, from site manager
and members of site management to shop floor
● Support applying full methodology, on site and hands on, including Site
Engagement and Preparations, Training and Coaching, Work processes and
Work environment optimizations and Impact improvements
● Take active part in governance activities related to implementation, which
includes reporting, governance meetings and problem solving (as applicable)
related to the implementation activities and to the implementation methodology
● Data collection, analysis, time studies and applicable analysis tools, assist in
training of employees, reporting, VSM, project quantification

Project Learning Objectives:
● Learn basics and application of fundamental practices and digital/non digital
based working tools
● Collaboration with all site levels
● Hands-on training including Site Engagement and Preparations, Training and
Coaching, Work processes and Work environment optimizations and Impact
improvements calculations
● Basics of reporting, governance meetings and problem solving
● Data collection, analysis, value-stream mapping, project quantification
