Project Description:
Review current chemical addition - overall conditions, process parameters, control performance - identify limitations and propose solutions. Solution implementation(time dependent)
Project Learning Objectives:
Key concepts /learnings:
Basic understanding of a chemical addition station and its operation
Dosage set-points, mixing concepts and impact on operational and quality parameters / Steady state operation
Impact of system mechanical condition on a chemical make up operation.
Working in teams and with different technical skills
Understanding of operational routines and environment
Understanding process decisions and how they affect routine operations on a plant
