The Position

Sales Support Intern - 1 year Contract

Job Summary

Role Overview:

Support sales for small customers, databases creation and maintenance, Backoffice assistance for technical support requests.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Sales Manager in Key Accounts.

  • Handle small customers.

  • Maintain existing and design new sales databases to improve project follow up and monitoring (offers database, transportation cost database etc).

  • Preparation of team meetings (templates) etc.

  • Extracts - downloads from salesforce - preparation of one to one calls.

  • Provide to customers or sales managers existing documentation (TDS, SDS, FAMIQS, PSD, etc).

  • Communication with operations for technical data.

  • Support in TDS preparation.

  • Sample requests in CRM.

  • Maintain existing and design new technical database for agriproducts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Student in Engineering, Material or Natural Sciences. MBA would be considered a plus.

  • Ideally with a first experience in sales, within a global organization in an industrial environment.

  • Personal skills: analytical skills, autonomy, good  interpersonal & communication skills (written &  oral), enthusiastic. Interest in technical products and processes.

  • Fluent in English.

  • IT skills: advanced level of Excel, and Google Working Solutions are required (G-Sheet, G-Slides, G-Docs).
