JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE
Global Leader in mineral-based specialty solutions for industry, Imerys launched the “Make IT#1” Transformation and Internal Efficiency program to accelerate its growth, improve its competitive edge and take full advantage of its scale. Part of the “Make IT#1” initiative, the Opera project has been launched to consolidate ERP systems globally and deploy a core Model supported by S4/Hana ERP. This calls for an adaptation of its processes and Tools by designing the future common language, master data and processes of Imerys “Core Model”.
In this regard, Imerys is looking for a Super Key User with strong business skills to drive transformation and ensure fast process adoption particularly for the adoption of Opera.

Human dimension:
The role reports in project mode to the Project Manager
Key interfaces, stakeholders and Relationship:
IT Competency Centers, Wave IT Experts, Rollout teams, Business Process Owners, Group Master Data & Process director, Functional Heads and Direct reports, Process experts, External providers (e.g. Consulting companies, Software editors, Technology & Tools for Automation…).
Travel:
Up to 50% during the Opera Rollout project ; 15 to 20% during preparation phase
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Functional and technical skills:
In order to support Imerys digital transformation strategy, the Super Key User will be focusing on:
Participate to core model alignment and localization workshops
Bring their expertise in specific domains such like dedicated process part or data, country legal constraints
Share their expertise in Supply Chain
Demand Wave change request with requested detailed information.
Submit it to Business Process Experts
Create Data when not existing in current ERP
Working with the Wave IT Experts to:
Prepare and execute Data cleansing and transformation
Define conversion mapping between old system to SAP
Fulfill manually requested templates for any of data not “automatically” migrated
Cleanse, transform and complete Data to match OPERA format and content requirements
Populate UDS files for data conversion
Additional
Contribute to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) preparation, including training
Execute UAT, data migration included. Raise defects
Perform accessibility and performance tests
Manage Cutover and Go-live activities
