The Position

HR Manager, Singapore, Australia & New Zealand

Job Summary

  • Responsible for managing full spectrum of human resources functions & human resources admin in SG/ANZ  (Singapore: 2 offices; Australia: 2 industrial sites; New Zealand: 1 industrial site)

  • Manage recruitment processes for SG/ANZ  including MEP, Paraprofessional and contract workers.

  • Responsible for supervising payroll and compliance with Imerys BlueBook policies.

  • Responsible for managing benefits plans such as retirement, healthcare, insurance, welfare, vehicles.

  • Responsible for ensuring Workday & Enablon data accuracy and management in SG/ANZ  and resolving questions & data requests raised by BA and Group.

  • Deploy the group’s HR policies and processes within the region; define and put into place action plans which will answer to the BA strategy.

  • Ensure that HR management principles, processes and procedures are understood and implemented in all locations, entities and sites.

  • Ensuring compliance with employment law, Imerys Code of conduct and Management Authority Rules, taking into account local regulations.

  • Ensuring competitive compensation and benefits arrangements in line with Group policies.

  • Ensuring a best in class HR service to internal customers. 

  • Act as Regional campaign for D&I and to ensure the deployment in APAC region

  • Other ad-hoc assignments
