The Position

Sales Manager

Job Summary

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Sustain current filtration business and further development related workload in China, including but not limited to the customers calls and trials, weekly and monthly updates , sampling and order follow up.
2) Filtration related business development and promotion in the SEA market especially for the new product, including but not limited to diatomite earth filtration segments. 
3) Provide basic technical support and drive the new product or business development in the region which share be 20% of total workload.
4) Coordinate with customer service/finance/operation departments and other BAs concerned in Imerys Group for all business and marketing related activities in filtration related business.
5) To collect market information, national policy, competitor analysis etc and communicate with supervisor and other management team.
6) Lead and Coordinate the filtration related conferences/ seminars/show as market role in China. 
7) Well-prepared the required report, technical documents or other paperwork. Proper using CRM, sales force tools in daily work.
8) Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the line manager
 

Education and Experience requirements

(Educational requirements should be the minimum level acceptable for the position. Experience should describe both type and amount of necessary qualifying experience.  Also note any professional licenses required

1)Bachelor’s degree  with minimum 5 years working experience in industry territory with a strong filtration technology and working experience related background. 

2)Food/beverage processing,chemical and water treatment segments, sales or marketing background will be preferred.

3)Good communication and interpersonal skills with integrity

4)Good spoken and written in English and Chinese

5)Independent with strong troubleshooting skills, self starter

6)Be able to deliver result with efficient sales process 

7)Willing to take frequent business travel and be able to well organized in business travel plan with efficient cost
