Job Summary

Administrator

Imerys – Par, Cornwall

Full time & Permanent Monday to Friday

Salary from £22,000 to £24,000 

About the role

Our HR team are looking for a motivated and confident administrator to provide admin support across a variety of HR related tasks and processes.  

Administration tasks will include:

  • Processing documentation relating to recruitment, hire, onboarding, training & development and compensation & benefits 

  • Updating HR Systems ensuring documentation is filed appropriately

  • Accurate handling of employee data in adherence to data protection requirements

  • Being a point of contact for employees and responding to their queries

  • Supporting with recruitment and training processes using HR systems


About you

You'll have excellent office administration experience and the ability to work proactively. With the confidence to take ownership within your role you'll also be able to contribute to new and creative ways of working.

Skills requirements:

  • Familiar with using IT applications, databases or information management systems 

  • Excellent attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills

  • Efficient and methodical approach to workload

  • Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative

  • Preferably hold a full UK Driving Licence

  • Hold the right to work in the UK - essential
