The Position

CRM Commercial Business Partner & Solution Architect

Job Summary

The CRM Commercial Business Partner & Solution Architect is a key contributor in the management of the various CRM releases for Imerys with strong interactions with the Commercial Excellence department in charge of both gathering the business requirements and standardizing the approach of our business processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Commercial Business Partnership

  • Develop a deep knowledge of the Domain business and build positive relationships with business stakeholders of this Domain.

  • Partner with business counterparts to plan new joint initiatives aligned with corporate strategy, evaluate proposals, and determine how they fit into business capability roadmaps and priorities.

  • Educate business partners about IT processes, roles, and capabilities.

Solution Architect

  • Provide guidance to the business on their requirements to ensure CRM standards and sustainability prevail.

  • Assess business requirements and integration needs in order to liaise with other IT teams and support integration project implementation.

  • Advocate for an awareness and focus on the overall look and feel of the CRM platform and ensure transversal rules are documented and followed.

Project Management & Delivery

  • Manage the projects or actively participate on their implementation, or follow-up and collaborate with the technical teams, system administrators and data controllers to ensure qualitative delivery.

  • Be accountable for IT delivery and service quality through KPIs provided, communicated, discussed with business partners and the Program manager and enriched by interactions with System Administrators, Data Controllers and other IT stakeholders for the projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5 years' higher education – Master’s degree, engineer training or equivalent

  • 5+ years of functional experience in IT, mostly in CRM. administration/management responsibilities.

  • 3+ years of experience working on projects using agile and waterfall methodology.

  • Has previously held positions requiring an overall perspective of structure, strategy, issues, etc.

  • Experience with managing, monitoring and scoring data quality in a transactional environment.

  • Very good communication skills.

  • Fluent English ; another language would be a plus.
