The Position

PARP APAC Business Controller

Job Summary

PARP Business APAC

In charge of supporting PARP APAC Business Director on any need of financial analysis for decision making
In charge of sales reporting & analysis, and sales forecast & budget review for the business
Pricing strategy : in charge of reviewing price increase impacts & making sure pricing strategy defined by the business director is applied
Provide monthly reports to sales team on sales performance & profitability and support them for development projects (new products, new customers) and current business reviews
Coordinate, review and consolidate monthly reporting, forecast & budget preparation for the business (scope: sales, full P&L and cash flow statement) and PM EMEA Management
Monitor the credit control with the support of the sales team and Business Data Controller
Communicate financial results, forecast and budget to the business manager & APAC management team
Drive performance improvement on cash and profitability
Finance point of contact for PARP Business management (PM EMEA)
Review & approval of POs, contracts, CERs according to MARs levels
Business presentation to PM EMEA (Monthly, QBR, Budget etc)
Supporting the APAC Finance Director on ad hoc projects in the region (M&A, BI/ERP, etc.)

Education/ Experience

A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required
A minimum of 10 years of professional experience with controlling experience is preferred.
Previous experience working within the manufacturing or mining industry preferred and/or in a complex and dynamic organization with APAC or global exposure
Fluent in English is a must
