The Position

PARP APAC Business Controller

Job Summary

PARP Business APAC

  • In charge of supporting PARP APAC Business Director on any need of financial analysis for decision making

  • In charge of sales reporting & analysis, and sales forecast & budget review for the business 

  • Pricing strategy : in charge of reviewing price increase impacts & making sure pricing strategy defined by the business director is applied 

  • Provide monthly reports to sales team on sales performance & profitability and support them for development projects (new products, new customers) and current business reviews 

  • Coordinate, review and consolidate monthly reporting, forecast & budget preparation for the business (scope: sales, full P&L and cash flow statement) and PM EMEA Management

  • Monitor the credit control with the support of the sales team and Business Data Controller

  • Communicate financial results, forecast and budget to the business manager & APAC management team

  • Drive performance improvement on cash and profitability

  • Finance point of contact for PARP Business management (PM EMEA)

  • Review & approval of POs, contracts, CERs according to MARs levels

  • Business presentation to PM EMEA (Monthly, QBR, Budget etc) 

  • Supporting the APAC Finance Director on ad hoc projects in the region (M&A, BI/ERP, etc.)

Education/ Experience

  •  A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required

  •  A minimum of 10 years of professional experience with controlling experience is preferred.

  • Previous experience working within the manufacturing or  mining industry preferred and/or in a complex and dynamic organization with APAC or global exposure

  • Fluent in English is a must
