The PositionMarketing and Business Performance Manager H/F
Define, drive and assess innovative market strategies and define product value proposition, to strongly develop and maximize IGC Conductive Polymers business, while supporting its position in other incumbent market segments with appropriate and efficient go-to-market strategies.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Define and drive innovative market strategies to develop IGC by maximizing its potential in Conductive Polymers (and potentially other incumbent market segments)
Develop / enrich / contribute to the Value Proposition of IGC Conductive Polymers product portfolio
Monitor competitors products & prices; define our differentiating factors through a clear and systematic approach
Support related R&D projects with business case and market assessment
Conduct market research through primary and secondary research to have strong understanding of marketplace dynamics, value chain, competitive landscape, unmet needs, and identify our opportunity
Manage third party marketing research vendor selection, planning process and oversee project execution.
Look into new market segment and new application space for our commercialized products and new initiatives
Consolidate and Enrich product portfolio to support customer need
Establish a timely and consistent market situation report update
Monitor the latest regulatory status and provide insight
Support customer visit to provide industry insight, and collect info of competitors and value chains
Provide direction and strategy to the business on new products and technologies
Provide product promotion materials with clear segmentation, positioning and support Sales for product promotion
Provide monthly / quarterly / yearly sales performance analysis on your application scope
Develop go-to-market and promotion strategies, replicable to other IGC markets
An educational background in Chemistry, Materials Science or related fields is preferred;
8+ years working experience in marketing or product management role, preferably with experience in the mining / manufacturing field / chemical industry or adjacent (technical or polymer background is a plus)
Demonstrated field marketing and sales contribution, with extensive knowledge and exposure in key markets for the industry
Strong understanding of product development stages, and ability to build product value propositions
Strong presentation skills (slides to be built for Management Team, Executive Committee or Investment Committees)
Proven record of development of strategic analysis as well as implementation of strategic account plans
Strong business acumen, as well as negotiating and decision-making skills
Excellent intercultural sense, ability to manage, interact with, and influence stakeholders of different levels, cultures, and backgrounds
Proven analytical & problem solving ability; attention to detail
Fluency in English;
