The Position

SAP TM Master Data Administrator - Support

Job Summary

Key tasks & responsibilities :

The data to maintain covers following business concepts :

transportation network for inbound, outbound and transfer flows
transportation costs structure
purchasing freight agreements

For Run mode :

The Transportation data must be maintained in a close relation with business partner data management as the challenge is to prepare data on time before sales or purchases occur.

A detailed support documentation explaining business rules, processes and table contents to facilitate daily administration as well as new deployments must be maintained.

The entire data structure must be maintained (manually or in mass) : Transportation locations, Transportation zones, Lanes, Calculation sheets and Freight agreements as well as creation of the new Rate tables. He/ She will also have to support the Business requirements for evolutions (ex : New data structure, new rate tables requested…).

For Deployment mode :

He/she will be supporting the deployed entities’ Super key users / Central Purchasing teams in collecting the existing data and will convert them into SAP TM S4HANA format while ensuring coherence with global purchasing rules and SAP core model design.

He/ She will create the TM master data during the User Acceptance Tests phase for which he/she will also provide with technical support.

He/ She will create (manually or using mass upload tools) the TM master data in Production during the cutover phase and will give support during Hypercare.

Expected Profile

Leadership skills to manage Master Data Admin position - Team spirit - Good communication skills and open to discussions - Good knowledge of transportation stakes - Analytical mindset and rigorous spirit allowing interpretation and transformation of the data collected - Structured approach and keen on understanding details - Affinity with information systems - Occasional travel - Knowledge in SAP TM is a plus.

Education and Experience requirements

Experience : Previous experience in SAP logistic modules (O2C/P2P) / SAP Master data management

Languages : Fluent professional English is mandatory

Study level : Bachelor´s degree
