Control and Electrical Design Engineer - Lostock Works, Works Lane Northwich, Cheshire, CW9 7ZR 
Salary: Up to £45,000 dependant on experience

Working at our busy Winnofil Production Plant, you'll be working alongside the Maintenance Team to design, develop, and supervise all electrical control systems, equipment, and machinery. The more common activities include, but are not limited to: 
Plan and execute electrical and control system maintenance (including inspection, auditing, breakdown repair and preventative maintenance) 
Select and oversee electrical contractors and their daily activities. 
Identify suppliers of electrical and control equipment and place orders 
Provide technical and admin support for the Operations team and Maintenance team. 
Maintain and update plant drawings 
Making sure we are compliant with legislation. 
This is a permanent, full-time position, working Monday to Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm (36 hours a week)

What we are looking for: 
This is a hands-on role, so you'll need to have previous instrument and design work experience. You'll also need to: 
Have an Electric or Control Engineering degree with 2-3 years' relevant post graduate experience 
OR 
Have an apprenticeship followed by 10 years' supervisory experience in the field of electrical and control systems 
In addition, you'll: 
Ideally have worked in a similar industrial environment Possess Health, safety and environmental knowledge Have good numeracy, literacy and IT competence
