Cyber Security Project Manager (Hybrid Position)Job Summary
Minimizing the cybersecurity risk is one of the key priorities for Imerys, as any potential cybersecurity incident could severely impact the operations and collaboration with business partners, resulting in financial loss and reputation damage.
Imerys has commenced a Cybersecurity Improvement Program, under the ownership of the Information Security (IS) Program Manager, who is responsible for the governance and delivery of existing and future security-related projects. The Cybersecurity Project Manager will report to the IS Program Manager, supporting the initiatives already launched and ensuring their progress as planned, providing technical expertise and input where required.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
This position is part of the Global IT organization in the Security Office team. The Cyber Security Project Manager will be reporting to IS Program Manager and provide support and expertise in the following areas indicatively:
Launch or continue existing IT and OT/Industrial cybersecurity projects, as part of the cyber security roadmap
Prepare and update the project documentation such as the detailed scope of works, work breakdown structure, estimates of resources required, project schedule, budget, risk analysis
Identify project dependencies and risks and bring appropriate mitigation plans
Liaise with operational teams, business areas and management teams to gather new security requirements (eg for move of existing applications to AWS, onboarding of new SaaS/IaaS solutions, Merge & Acquisition activities )
Implement security improvements by assessing current situations, identifying security gaps, initiating and driving new projects to remediate the risk
Act as the contact for ISP (Integration of Security into Projects), as part of all new projects
Contribute to the improvement of the Imerys Security Operations Center
Coordinate an action plan in case of cyber crisis (eg critical vulnerability)
Collaborate with the Security Operation Center (SOC), Network Operation Center, Collaboration Skill Center, Cloud Team, IT support teams, Applications teams and the whole IT organization to have the various action items implemented as planned
Job Requirements
3 to 6 years of experience in IT/OT Cyber Security, Cyber Security Audit, Cyber Security Consulting
Bachelor Degree in related field
Strong understanding of the cyber-attack chain and ability to identify risks, driving their remediation
Experience working with a wide range of security solutions (SIEM, Firewalls, IAM, IDS/IPS, Mail Security, Endpoint Protection)
Extensive knowledge of Cloud technologies (SAAS, PAAS, IAAS, CASB, SASE, CSPM)
Fluent English speaker with professional-level at verbal and written communication
Strong presentation and technical writing skills in English
Ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
Concise and results-oriented, self-motivated
Strong organizational skills and ability to manager several projects in parallel
