The Position

Product & Program Manager

Job Summary

SMILES program is a CRM and Commercial Excellence Program launched in 2018 with a goal to align all Imerys businesses on their commercial processes while using the same CRM platform (SalesForce). This program regroups a community of 1800+ users spread all across the world and part of the Sales, Customer Service, Quality & Sales Support departments.

Responsibilities

Program manager

  • Manage the team of product owners from an organization perspective (objective definition and review)

  • Prepare and animate main program management governance meetings including program weeklys, Steering committee

  • Keep track of SMILES budget together with Global Applications Program Manager and manages contract / work orders with externals

  • Monitors related SMILES KPIs on budget, adoption and user satisfaction / business value

  • Participate in alignment meetings  address risks & mitigation actions and secure the follow up of the decisions and mitigation actions.

  • Act as the scrum master from pre-game to the end of the solutioning in close collaboration with Solution architect to ensure proper handover from design authority to development (sprint planning)

 

Product management

  • Co-develop global product vision for SMILES with Global Applications Program Manager leveraging business stakeholders requirements

  • Co-create Products roadmap with POs & IT to be validated by the Steer Co and continuously adjust the Product Roadmap depending on business needs. 

  • Collaborate with POs and challenge them to ensure MVPs are aligned with the Product vision and letter of mission

  • Arbitrate which user stories make it into a sprint as part of the sprint planning

 

Qualifications

Essential

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management or a related discipline

  • A minimum of 3 - 5 years running project or program as PMO

  • Project management certification.

  • Experience of people management

  • Fluent or native English speaker

  • Experience of working within a culturally diverse global company would be an asset

  • Experience of working with SalesForce platform

  • Conversant in French would be advantageous
