The Position

PMO Commercial Excellence

Job Summary


  • The Commercial Excellence PMO & Project lead contributes to the Company’s effort to implement a Commercial Excellence program to boost profitable organic growth and develop best practices
  • He/she is responsible for key activities critical to the success of  Projects at Group level/ BA level, around  Commercial Excellence program management and the CRM (Salesforce). He/she will support the development of processes, tools and capability programs as well as the effective delivery and embedding of Commercial Excellence projects in the Group’s Business Areas 

Program management 

  • Animate & Coordinate Commercial Excellence program
  • Setup governance structure
  • Consolidate baseline and targets from Business Areas
  • Define overall timeline, milestones
  • Facilitate cross-team meetings and issue resolution
  • Establish and manage program tracking
  • Provide consistent program-wide views  of progress
  • Address or elevate issues or deviation from plan
  • Resource management


  • Participates in alignment meetings  addressing risks & mitigation actions (pilot, product test, scope revision)  for smooth implementation and users’ adoption
  • Co-develops global product vision leveraging on business stakeholders requirements
  • Co-creates Products roadmap with process owners and the IT team,  to be validated by the Steer Co and continuously adjust the Product Roadmap depending on business needs 

Project Management

  • Leads Key projects in line with the Commercial Excellence program across the Business Areas:  data-related topics, launch initiatives in accordance with business needs: support the BAs to structure and launch a business win-back program


  • Master’s Degree in Marketing or Business related field or equivalent experience
  • 5-8 years experience in a commercial, audit or consulting environment, ideally in commercial excellence, business transformation, consulting or business management
  • Digital savviness for new business model and digitalisation
  • Project Management skills
  • Salesforce skills
  • Solid interpersonal and influencing ability
  • Strong drive for a performance culture
  • Problem solving approach 
  • Ability to inspire others on a transformational journey 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to use common IT tools (Excel, Word, Gsuite, Web tools)
  • Mandatory  use of English (technical and commercial)
