The Position

Industrial Hub Controller - RAC China

Job Summary

Responsibilities:

Business partnering activities

  • Assist the Industrial Hub Manager’s team on any business matter 

  • Analyze Hub costs and identify risks and opportunities to improve performance

Controlling Activities

  • Prepare the monthly OWC/P&L management database, make sure the consistence with Magnitude.

  • Analyze the Hub financial statements.

  • Support the monthly reporting and variances at Hub Level, variable cost and fixed cost

  • Support financial budgeting and forecasting for the Hub 

  • Performance analysis based on operations reporting: CAPEX, iCube & purchasing savings. Support the analysis of Hub logistic costs jointly with Supply Chain.

  • Coordinate with CAR the standard cost set-up and follow-up

  • Support transfer prices calculation

  • Ad hoc topics

Competencies and experience

  • Key competencies 

    • Strong attention to detail, operations acumen and mindset for continuous improvement

    • Highly organized with prioritization skills

    • Able to recommend quickly under any situation

    • Is practical and drives simple, standard and efficient processes 

    • Strong team player. 

    • Excellent communications skills.

    • Working under pressure,  meet the deadline. 

    • Good English skill

    • Strong Excel skill is a Must. Knowledge of SAP or other ERP, Magnitude (advanced) 

  • Ideal background/ experience

    • A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required

    • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience with financial/accounting experience is preferred.

    • Previous experience working within the manufacturing  industry preferred and/or in a complex and dynamic organization
