Job Summary

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Benefits Manager to join our HR team. The
incumbent will be responsible for the global management of employee benefits, including the management of the pooling. Furthermore he/she/they will play a key role as the HR referent for internal control and project leader for the implementation of indicators related to the European Corporate Sustainability Directive (CSRD).

Responsibilities and Duties

Benefits Management

  • Manage the Global Benefit Management program, ensuring it is competitive and compliant with local and international regulations

  • Manage the pooling of benefits to optimize costs and improve the efficiency of benefit programs globally

  • Local topics: Advise local Benefits teams on majors projects and assists countries when needed, such as contract renewal etc.

  • Other policies: Participate, contribute and be subject matter expert on various policies such as the Group Car Policy, Group Travel Policy, Business Travel Assistance (ISOS), Credit card, Expenses, Advances


Internal Control

  • Serve as the HR referent for internal control, ensuring HR processes and policies comply with the company’s internal control standards

  • Participate in internal and external audits and implement recommendations to improve HR practices

  • Manages the Group’s internal control tools and documentation center (Bluebook - HR)

  • Finance internal control: coordinates with IT & Finance when needed such as: access right to Travel & Expenses tools ensuring proper segregation of duties, coordination on major HR/Finance reconciliation processes such as the annual bonus payments and the balance sheet/payroll, provisions

CSRD KPIs and Reporting

  • Lead the project for the implementation of indicators related to the

  • European Corporate Sustainability Directive (CSRD)

  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to collect, analyze, and report sustainability data related to ESRS S1 - Own workforce

  • Support the creation, updating and analysis of HR reports and dashboards to provide accurate and relevant data to management teams

  • Support the follow up of the HR budget


Cross-Functional Compensation Projects

  • Participate in cross-functional compensation projects as needed

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Human Resources, Management, Finance, or a related field

  • 3-5 years of experience in benefits management

  • Experience in managing pooling, internal control, and project management

  • Knowledge of benefits regulations and corporate sustainability requirements

  • Experience with benefits management tools and software is a plus

  • Knowledge of the European Corporate Sustainability Directive (CSRD) is a plus
