The Position

Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA) Junior Contoller

Job Summary

Role:

Assist the Senior FP&A in financial planning, budget, forecasting, reporting and analysis, contribute to the design and implementation of tools to issue analysis to help drive decision making and contribute to the design and implementation of accounting and reporting procedures.   

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the monthly & quarterly reporting at Group level (full P&L, Variances, FOCF, OWC) 

  • Participate to the annual budget & periodic forecasting processes at Group level 

  • Manage financial dashboards 

  • Control Group HR overheads on a monthly basis, liaise with Group Chief Human Resources Officer when necessary 

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives 

  • Contribute to ensure data consistency between BI / Finance reporting, liaising with IT BRM / BPOs (single source of data) 

  • Assist the Group Controlling & Reporting Director in ad hoc projects

  • Draft Accounting & Reporting    

  • Run analysis that delivers insight and recommendations to Business Area ‘s team for strategic and operational planning decisions

  • Participate to budget, forecast, planning and modeling of tools and processes

Qualifications:

  • Good knowledge of financial processes

  • Demonstrate excellence in business analytics and tools, passion for details

  • Demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving, organization time

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to clearly communicate ideas and recommended action and to present at senior level

  • Fluent English : International work environment

  • Knowledge of SAP, Magnitude and Excel/Google sheet skills (advanced)
